1. Agreement to Terms.

By using this site, you signify that you agree to these Terms of Use. In addition, when using particular services available on this site, you will be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use the site. The Dead to Rights™ web site is intended for individuals 17 years of age or older. By providing your correct date of birth on the site entry page, you are certifying that you are 17 years of age or older. You also certify that you are wholly liable for any false disclosures and responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise from reading, viewing, forwarding or downloading of images or material contained within this web site.

All logos, characters, artwork, stories, information, names, and other elements associated thereto are the sole and exclusive property of Namco Hometek Inc. ("Namco"). Any use of any of the materials on this site other than for private, non-commercial viewing purposes is strictly prohibited. The sale, auction, lease, loan, gift, trade or barter, or use of any of the text, graphics, photographs, audio and/or video material or stills from audiovisual material or any other materials contained herein, for any other purpose, in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed, including the use of any of the aforementioned materials on any other web site or networked computer environment, without a prior written consent from Namco, is expressly prohibited. 5. Submissions.

Namco's company policy does not allow it to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, or materials other than those it has specifically requested. Accordingly, we must request that no visitors to this site submit or send any original creative materials, including but not limited to submissions of scripts, story lines, fan fiction, characters, drawings, information, suggestions, ideas or concepts. In connection with your use of any of the chat areas, bulletin boards, e-mail or other public communication elements of deadtorights.com and/or jackslate.com, you may not upload to, distribute through, or otherwise publish through either site above any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise give rise to liability, or violates any law. Your use of deadtorights.com and/or jackslate.com must only be in a noncommercial manner.
